Play Date

Every other weekend when Chelo and Adler aren't home Crosby gets pretty lonely.  So today she asked if she could have a friend over.  When we asked her who she wanted to ask she said Ben (Denly).  Heath and Dave (Ben's dad) have been friends for a long time--in fact he was a groom's man in Dave and Sara's wedding.  With busy schedules, we don't see them as often as we would like but fortunately this soccer season, Ben and Crosby are on the same team!  YAY!  They have become fast friends.  During the game the other day Ben was playing forward and Crosby was sitting out.  After the quarter was over Ben came to her and said "Crosby, I really need you back in here.  You are one of the best players!!" So cuuute!!

Knowing Ben's HUGE love for basketball (his dad coaches the Lady Jinx) we thought he might like to come over and dunk a few on the trampoline.  They played trampoline bball for about an hour and then Daddy took them to Chelo's school carnival fundraiser at the Fairgrounds.  What a fun playdate they had and are already making plans for the next one!!
