Bend-A-What?? Bend-a-Who?? BendaRoos!!!

So this was definitely the year of christmas presents from the "As seen on tv" category. I think this has a lot to do with the fact we have a new baby and it is winter time. We are constantly watching Nick or Disney at our house cause we are sooo cooped up!! I swear there are some serious marketing GENIUSES out there. If they show it on tv and make it look cool the girls will ask us to buy it!! I'm sure that happens in houses with children all over the WORLD!! Other than the Touch N Brush Crosby's one desire lately has been Bendaroos. Grammy snagged some for her at Target and what a big hit they have been! Good job grammy!! When Adler and Crosby are quiet (aka not bickering) for long periods of time I am in HEAVEN!! Today they holed themselves up in the "nooker" and Bendaroo-ed all morning.

Crosby spent her time making things for Chelo including her name, some animals, and even a few chicken noodles---her favorite food!!! sooo caauute!!

Adler made some AWESOME animals for Chelo and Dalton using the patterns (or patter-rens as Crosby used to say!!). The Curtis household is LOVING us some new Christmas toys in this coooold weather!!

Sisters AND Best Friends!!

We found these shirts in Kansas City. The pink part is all sparkly and just so darn cute. They didn't even have to talk dad into getting them. They just showed the shirts to him and he was immediately putting them into the cart--right sizes and all!! I love these two little girls together. They get along so well and just do everything together--they even decided to share a room a few months ago!! Chelo shows so much patience with her little sister and Crosby is her happiest when they are together. They play outside together for hours on end and then when it gets dark they move their games inside. Right now their fave outside activity is kickball and inside they play school. Crosby is always the student and Chelo is the teacher. Chel makes worksheets for Crosby and then grades them---FOR HOURS!!! They also do reading time, recess, field trips, and snacks. I can get a lot done during these times without having to worry about breaking up fights!!! It is soo nice!! I often wonder if baby girl will take after them so much too... they look so much alike and are just all around great kids. I can only be sooo lucky!!!
