Island Park-Thursday

After our daily trip to Sonic Happy Hour I decided to take the girls down to play at Island Park for a little bit. This winter some teenagers burned the whole community built playground to the ground...it was soo terribly sad. Well, they just got the whole thing rebuilt and it is better than ever! The equipment is SUPER nice and the best part is the flooring. The whole thing is covered with the rubberized, bouncy surface that is soo comfortable to walk on and KID Friendly! Before the ground was covered with what seemed like ground up car tires which was pretty soft to land on but much harder to walk on. When we got there Crosby headed straight for the monkey bars. There are two sets just her height...the straight bars and the kind that swing. She was dying to show me how she can do them both. Her body strength amazes me-she whipped across both sets with no problem. Good job baby bumblebee!!!

Then came the swings...Chelo is so good with her little sister. Those two get along great--I can tell that their bond will only get tighter as they get older. Chel will do just about anything Crosby asks and seems to have fun being a great big sister!!

I barely caught Adler long enough to get a quick picture. She had gone with Mimi to Sonic and to do a little shopping so they met up with us at the park. As soon as Ads got there she took off running around playing with her sisters and some friends that were there. What a great time they had!
