Goodbye Spin Class!!!

Tonight was the last night I will be teaching at the Rec Center until January. I just finished a 10 week session of Spin, Thursday night. I will miss it but let me tell ya some nights it took EVERY thing I had to get myself to go to the gym!! I think it has been really good for me though since it is low impact so Kara and I are planning on taking a 6 week spin class starting in August.
