Bobby Villa????

When Heath got off work on Tuesday he took the girls to Movie Gallery and rented their favorite Wii game Mario Cart. I love this game--- Dave, Teresa, Heath, and I used to stay up till ALL HOURS having a blast playing it on Playstation 2 back in the day. There isn't a whole lot to do in Winfield in the dead of winter!!!! The girls absolutely love this game and BOY do they get into it! Well, while they were playing Bobby Villa, aka my husband, decided to take up the carpet in the living room. I wasn't going to complain BELIEVE me cause I am all about the home improvements, I just thought it was kinda random with the girls RIGHT in the middle of the living room. Of course, they were oblivious and it didn't bother them at all! Unfortunately, I am little help to him these days. As much as I would like too, I can't sit and scrape carpet padding and pull carpet and I refuse to overdo it. I have learned my lesson this pregnancy and I am not going to do anything to wear myself down-it is just too hard on my body. Much to Heath's dismay, I started tearing down the wallpaper! In retrospect...probably not such a great idea with Jared and Melissa coming to town tomorrow. My living room will be a little disorderly but I am sure they will understand!! It is just that we have sooo much we want to get done before baby girl gets here! I will keep posting our progress on the blog... I have yet to decide what color we are going to paint and now it looks like we should texture... then a ceiling fan (bobby's speciality---oh I wish the blog was around during the great bat/ceiling fan fiasco of '08!), new carpeting, and new living room furniture!! It is pretty exciting stuff!! We of course will be starting on baby's room very soon too. I am waiting for it to cool down a little first!
