Ditch the Passie!
Oh I missed my blog this weekend!! I think this is the longest I have ever gone without blogging! I HAVEHAVEHAVE to get a laptop before the baby comes---I won't be able to wait a week to post baby girl pics and Heath has already informed me that he doesn't know how to do it, and I guess not interested in learning. What a granny!! old dog...new tricks...not happening... so after an AMAZING weekend with my girlfriends at Slate Creek Lodge (I will post all about that later today) it is back to the grind. Oh wait...it is summer and we are living the life of relaxation!! Woohoo!! Sorry karagirl!! So this week is going to be a little different. My dear baby skish aka Adler is with her Dad and Terah in Texas so I am going to be MISSING HER!!! I am planning on spending tons of QT with Chelo and Crosby to keep my mind off of her being gone. This morning I woke up to the LOUDEST thunder I have EVER heard in my life. At first I thought I was dreaming about gunshots outside my house!!! The girls had their first day of session 3 swim lessons today and were looking forward to it big time since they had been off for 3 weeks and my girls LIVE to swim! As we were getting out of the car Cros said "Mommy, you know how you feel when you are really excited about something?" I asked her if she had butterflies in her tummy and she did! But as we got out we found out that the thunder had caused lessons to be cancelled. They were pretty disappointed but handled it fine. We decided that lunch at Braums would make our day so we did that and our now back at home balancing our time between SpongeBob and Crosby's new game she made up "Ditch the Passie." She throws her big purple ball at the stairs and waits for it to come down. And if I am SUPER lucky she has me stand behind her and catch balls that go over her head. FUN!! She just cracks me up!! Heath is working until eleven o'clock tonight so she and I are planning on going for a walk and doing some scrapbooking together this afternoon so that should be fun! Right now she is throwing Bruiser's dog toy around saying to him, "you gotta want it." heheheheheeeheeehee!! Bruiser is just sitting there watching her!!!
Crosby's so funny...she cracks me up! ♥
